The idea of the business came from the student desire to create a new concept of Retail. As a retailer Silvia Acuti, with management experience, decides to create a business that is a service for retailers. According with a big gap in the market: physical stores are not performing well compared with e-commerce(digital). SARE is going to provide a good solution for the gap in the market: a service that provides a perfect balance between physical and digital (phygital). Training and Coaching Technology and Support The project wants to demonstrate that it would be a mistake to assume that a large number of physical stores closing represented the end of the era of physical shops. If anything, it marks the end of a model that hasn’t changed for decades, demonstrating its inadequacy with the digital era. Purpose: the creation of a new experiential offer that can be customized and scalable for retailers at different levels. It will meet the final customer’s existing need, who prefers to approach online channels. SARE - Silvia Acuti Retail Excellence wants to provide an excellence service of consulting to insert the perfect technology solution for companies and for specific stores. The business philosophy is to leave the opportunity up to the customer whether she/he wants to adopt a totally technological way to shop or to be totally assisted by the store team, who is amazingly trained for her/him support.
