The title of the collection - Nowhere - doesn’t mean “in no place”, but should be intended as everywhere and anywhere, nowhere defined, as a soft and light image of any place in which you are. Lockdowns forced people to stop, but it is up to each of us to choose how to stop. Menswear fashion must be renewed here and now, from this lull, by stripping off all toxic masculinity. Lightness fits perfectly this idea: it represents the importance of not giving up, of how to start again when and how you want, after finding your own "Fanciullo" with a light heart, starting a new life in a post-pandemic romanticism. The representation of the “Fanciullo” is a boy like Elio, the main character of the film "Call me by your name”: a young, slender, carefree, sensitive and smart boy, who is discovering the world and looking for himself in nature, art, music and fashion. Flowers, the central element of the collection, used as accessories,”rest” gently on the garments. They contrast with the technical clothing, needed as a consequence of the pandemic. The “Fanciullo” passes from a situation of complete freedom, abundance and references to the nature, to a situation of essentiality and usefulness, with strong references to 90’s Safari technical clothing, as if he is embarking on a journey that starts from a flower garden and arrives at a romantic desert at the sunset.
