The business plan aims to innovate the supply chain of the fashion system through the creation of a virtual shopping assistant that, through an artificial intelligence system, tries to bring the online purchase process closer to the communicative and emotional experience that can be lived in a physical point of sale. Unlike the currently existing chatboxes, this Dynamic Shopping Experience system relies on a virtual sales employee - a real avatar - who interacts with the customer on the screen and who is able to remember all the interactions previously held with the customer According to experts, this system would be able to significantly reduce the issue of returns and abandoned carts, as well as to overcome language barriers and time zones. The student was able to highlight concrete solutions to a concrete market gap of innovative services, demonstrating the organizational and economic feasibility of the start-up.
